How to add or remove a user from your account. Print

Our system supports sub accounts! This is great for adding a member of your billing department, a developer, or someone to help manage tickets for you. Below is how to accomplish this:

NOTE: If you just want to CC users on your account, and you DO NOT want to give them access to your client area, follow this article instead.

Adding a User

1. Login to our client area here.
2. Next, in the top right click on "Hello, Name" then click "User Management"
3. At the bottom you can Invite a New User.
4. Enter their email address. (They can create an account if they don't already have one. They can link their existing account if they already have one and swap accounts on login.)
5. IMPORTANT, please select the permissions you wish to grant. Below you can find a table of each permission and what they do.
6. Finally, click send Invite. Their invite will expire in 24 hours.

Available Permissions:

• Modify Master Account Profile - Access and modify the client profile information
• View & Manage Contacts - Access and manage contacts
• View Products & Services - View access to products, services and addons
• View & Modify Product Passwords - Allow password resets and other actions
• Perform Single Sign-On - Allow single sign-on into services (This is what allows users to sign into your hosting.)
• View Domains - View access to domain registrations
• Manage Domain Settings - Allow domain management eg. nameservers/whois/transfers
• View & Pay Invoices - View and payment access to invoices
• View & Accept Quotes - View and acceptance permissions for quotes
• View & Open Support Tickets - Access to open, respond and manage support tickets
• View & Manage Affiliate Account - Access to view and request withdrawals
• View Emails - Access to view account email history
• Place New Orders/Upgrades/Cancellations - Allow placing of new orders

Removing a User:

1. Login to our client area here.
2. Next, in the top right click on "Hello, Name" then click "User Management"
3. Under User Management, click "Remove Access" beside the user.

Alternatively, you may choose to reduce their permissions. Of note, this WILL NOT delete the users account. This will only remove the link between the two accounts. If you need to delete the account, they must do so.
