We hate to see you go, but we understand that sometimes you need to move on. It's really easy to cancel your service with us, below are the steps:
- Login to the client area.
- Click on "Services" > "My Services".
- From your list of services, click on the service that you'd like to cancel.
- On the left sidebar, click "Request Cancellation".
- (Optional) Enter a reason for the cancellation. (Helps us improve our service.)
- Select your cancellation type:
- Immediate: Your service will terminate at 5AM ET the next day.
- End of Billing Period: Your service will continue to run until 5AM ET of your next billing date. (This is our recommended option.)
- Finally, click "Request Cancellation". Your existing invoices will be canceled and your billing will be stopped immediately. Any other existing services will continue to bill with us as scheduled unless you cancel them too.
