If you are running into an issue on your Divi website we recommend accessing your website with Divi Safe Mode enabled. This allows just you to view your website with ONLY Divi enabled and no other plugins or themes. This will not affect your site visitors.
- First, login to your Divi website. Guide
- Next, on the left sidebar scroll to the bottom and go to "Divi > Support Center"
- At the bottom, enable "Safe Mode". (Reverse this switch to disable.)
This will now allow you view your front end website without any third party changes. Note, this could exclude changes that are required for site functionality. This will not affect your site visitors, only YOU.
