- First, login to the project manager here.
- Next click the green "Add" button in the top right then click "Comment".
- Select the element on the page you'd like to comment on.
- Enter a title for your comment.
- Enter the body text for your comment.
- (Optionally) click "+ Add" to upload any supporting files such as images, documents, etc...
- (Optionally) click the "@" symbol to assign the comment to a person. (Unassigned comments will be taken by the first available member.)
- Finally click "Add Comment" to post your comment.
Quick Tips:
- When a comment is created, it creates a discussion thread. This is where we will talk about the item you selected.
- When a comment is created, it will automatically take a screenshot of the page for you. This is great for capturing visual bugs on your end.
- This screenshot can be viewed by clicking on the comment, and going to the "Details" tab.
- Comments will store a limited amount of browser information such as your resolution, screen size, zoom, operating system, and browser.
- You can choose to follow a comment by clicking on it, going to details, and scrolling down and adding yourself as a "Follower". This will give you notifications of any activity.
- To access your comments, click the "Toolbox" icon in the top right, then click "Comments".
