To access your email with us, follow the steps below:
- Visit this page here: https://webmail.pinwheelweb.dev/
- Enter your email address, then your account password and click "Log In".
Alternate Method (For Account Admins)
These set of options are designed for administrators who need to login to a user account. If you are a user who has lost access to your account, please contact your system administrator to reset your password.
- First, login to cPanel here.
- Next, in the "Email" category click "Email Accounts".
- Click "Check Email" on the account you would like to access.
Email Client Settings:
We recommend using IMAP with SMTP to connect an email client. Below are the options you should use:
- Username: Your email address
- Password: Your password
- IMAP Port: 993
- POP3 Port: 995
- SMTP Port: 465
- Authentication: REQUIRED
- Protocol: SSL/TLS or SSL
- Auto TLS: Enabled
