If you would like to have multiple people of your company CC'd on communications, follow the steps below. NOTE, this WILL NOT grant them access to the client area. For that see this article.
- Login to our client area here.
- Next, in the top right click on "Hello, Name" then click "Contacts"
- Enter the users information. (You can just duplicate your accounts information here if you wish to not provide it.)
- Finally, at the bottom you can set the emails they should receive.
