If your business requires you to collect a W9 from us we are happy to provide one as long as you have an active service with us or are in contact with us to begin a service. If you meet this requirement, please submit a ticket to our billing department and answer the following questions for us:
- Why are you collecting our W9 form?
- What data protection policies do you have in place?
- If you plan to send us a 1099, understand you have a deadline of January 31st to submit it. Please submit a ticket via our ticket system to our billing department and inform us if the 1099 form may not arrive in time.
- If you do not already have an account on our billing system, you MUST create one. Failure to do so will result in your request being denied. Creating an account is completely free and does not require you to enter any payment information or sign up for any services. This requirement is in place to prevent fraudulent requests.
